General Description:
With the innovation of “ Slush Molding” technology, Horsing was founded in 1990 manufacturing snow and jockey boots. With this unique technology and being able to meet the high quality requirements, most of the customers were located in Japanese market. In order to reduce production cost and raise capacity, in 1997 Horsing decided to move all the equipments to one of its founders Giant-V Enterprises’ shoe production base in Vietnam. Giant-V ( re-named as Trivict Co.) is still one of the leading vendors in the world for vulcanized, cemented, Goodyear welted, stitch-down, San Crispino construction shoes.

Based on its knowledge of shoes construction and relationship in the shoe industry, Taiwan Horsing started to use its good R&D ability to study advanced materials and accessories for footwear usage, which are mainly the micro-injection 3D labels and the material and molding technology come with it. Till today, Labels and accessories are still part of Horsing’s business and investments. Horsing has been an approved accessory supplier to both Nike and Adidas footwear group since 2001.

In 1999, while Nike requested 100% prohibition of using PVC material, Horsing broke into the new milestone of silicone gel applications serving the industry of foot orthopedics and skincare. Up till today, Horsing has more than 8 years of experience in different gel applications meeting the requirements of CE medical class I level.

In 2005, with joint venture with Poly Gel LLC in USA, Horsing brought in the advanced Mineral-oil based gel technology, material and equipment and started to produce a whole TPE gel based product lines servicing the Foot Care Orthopedic, Prosthetic and skin care markets worldwide.

After years of efforts, Horsing is now well known for its capability of very soft gel products that go below 10 degree of Shore A durometer. Most of the gel formulas are developed for products that are set to be used in the level of medical and skin care fields. On the other hands, they are all friendly for direct skin contact. Besides, we are also open for formula development for other fields and applications. With its own in-house CNC mold making equipments and a graphic center, Horsing ensure fast developing lead time with quality results. Choosing among from silicone gel, TPE/TPR gel, Polyurethane (PU) gel, etc, Horsing considers the budget, product function and using environment that customers required for their individual market segment. These features have made Horsing very competitive at the gel product market.
